Position Summary Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S., Amerit Fleet Solutions, is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager to join our growing team! The Regional Program Manager will be responsible for driving both tactical and strategic initiatives to achieve positive business outcomes for Amerit and our customers. The ideal candidate will be an analytical leader that can make data driven decisions and provide recommendations to key stakeholders about areas of improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, to influence internal and external partners, and drive results. This is a fully remote position. Projects may be tied to KPI metric attainment, growth initiatives, cost reduction, quality of work and process adherence, customer service. Create a detailed plan for each project that includes time-bound commitments, task owners, estimated completion dates for key milestones, and burndown tables. Identify inefficiencies in current practices and recommend plans to drive them out of the business. Engage with client analysts and project managers to provide schedule and status updates, while presenting a mutually agreeable ideal future state. Strong Microsoft Excel experience preferred, including ability to manipulate and aggregate multiple spreadsheets and organize data using pivot tables, v-lookups, macros. Ability to organize data and identify and report on trends in both internal and external presentations. Present results in an “Amazon Doc” format that includes data-supported findings and recommendations, hits & misses to plan, and recovery plans to address any variances. The ideal candidate will be fully accountable to the result of the program they manage. Teamwork - the ideal candidate builds bridges within Amerit and works seamlessly with field ops, HR, finance, and all functions inside and outside of the Amazon segment. Key Competencies and Minimum Education Bachelors Degree Preferred with background in Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field. 5+ years of experience in creating project plans and executing on time and on budget. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel Analyst background preferred with strong Excel skills is a requirement Excellent analytical skills with a record of conducting FP&A type business analysis Fleet maintenance and DOT industry experience a plus INDAM
