Position Summary Amerit Fleet Solutions is one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S. serving the largest Fortune 100 companies in Telecom, e-Commerce, Food, Retail, and more. As the company continues to rapidly scale, Amerit is building a new PMO team to drive priority strategic projects across the company. The ideal candidate will be an analytical leader that can make data driven decisions and provide recommendations to key stakeholders about areas of improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, to influence internal and external partners, and drive results. Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Ability to organize data and identify and report on trends in both internal and external presentations. Key Competencies and Minimum Education Ownership – the Program Manager is the single-threaded leader of projects that are critical to the success of the program. The ideal candidate will be fully accountable to the result of the program they manage. Teamwork – the ideal candidate builds bridges within Amerit and works seamlessly with stakeholders across all functions Ability to deep dive data and provide synthesized recommendations Responsive, creative, resilient, resourceful, team-oriented Customer-obsessed and deadline accountable Logistics 100% fully remote (Corporate Office available in Charlotte as optional) <20% adhoc travel on project basis Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in creating project plans and executing on time and on budget Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel Analyst background preferred with strong Excel skills is a requirement Industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics experience is a plus
