Lead and manage cross-functional programs focused on system enhancements, process improvements, and issue resolution. Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and define project scopes. Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans and drive execution through to completion. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes using project management tools. Champion continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions. Coordinate with IT/Product to prioritize system fixes, upgrades, and new feature rollouts. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Key Competencies and Minimum Education Key Competencies Strategic thinking with the ability to connect day-to-day operations to long-term goals. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information Systems, Product Management, Fleet Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on IT/Product coordination and operational improvement. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote, cross-functional environment. Familiarity with customer service or field operations workflows within the Automotive Industry. PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Working Conditions This is a remote position with standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM). Some weekend work as needed. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or stakeholder workshops. No more than 15%. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. INDAR1
