Job Summary Job Description Position: National Sales Director Reports to: Executive Leadership Compensation: $150,000 base salary + Profit Sharing Compensation & Profit Sharing Base Salary: $150,000 annually Profit Share: 25% of net profit generated from groups recruited directly new hire. First 3000 apps there is no profit sharing that goes to covering salary. Position Overview The National Sales Director is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, developing and managing key relationships, and expanding SRG’s national distribution channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in sales, recruitment, and training. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Growth Lead national sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and support new agents and agencies. Assign groups appropriately within SRG’s distribution channels based on client profile. Relationship Management Manage and strengthen top-level relationships with partners, agencies, and stakeholders. Serve as a trusted representative of SRG, fostering long-term loyalty and engagement. Training & Development Oversee training platforms, webinars, online content, and other resources to ensure agents are well-prepared and compliant. Build, refine, and expand sales training programs and materials. Mentor sales managers and agents to improve performance and career growth. Operational Excellence Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Take on other reasonable responsibilities aligned with the scope of this position. Qualifications Proven track record of success in national or regional sales leadership roles. Strong background in recruiting, training, and scaling sales teams and agencies. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
