This position will generate life insurance sales based on warm leads from current clients – no cold-calling! Job Description Job Title: Account Manager – Life Insurance Sales Position Description: Our established life insurance agency is seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team. This position will generate life insurance sales based on warm leads from current clients – no cold-calling! In this role you will: Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective clients Become an expert on life insurance and products offered; training is provided Provide coverage reviews to our large, existing client base and sell additional coverage Contact warm leads via phone to sell life insurance products across the U.S. Job Requirements: Education: High School or Equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred Sales Experience: 1+ years in any industry; Insurance industry knowledge preferred Texas State Life Insurance license preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and drive to succeed We Offer: Base salary of $44,000 per year + monthly bonus First year earning potential $60k - $70k; Second year $70 - $80k; future years unlimited for motivated individuals Comprehensive training and ongoing support Life insurance licensing/re-certification at no cost Flexible work arrangement combining in-office and remote work Competitive benefits package About Us Since 1971, AmeriLife has served the needs of its clients.
