Role Overview The Enterprise Portfolio & Capabilities Analyst Senior will be a part of the Enterprise Portfolio team, reporting to the Director, Enterprise Portfolio. The Sr. Analyst will lead workstreams and support the team responsible for strategy, design, planning, and execution required to successfully govern, oversee, and realize value from the strategic investment portfolio in alignment with our long- and short-term strategic goals. Work Arrangement • This is a hybrid office based position at our Ellis Preserve office located in Newtown Square, PA. Core office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Responsibilities • Responsible for the end-to-end development of investment candidate business cases (i.e., collection of investment candidate information, development of candidate business case materials, and pressure testing of business case assumptions) through collaboration with business stakeholders, IS, and Finance colleagues • Develop materials to facilitate the review and prioritization of investment candidates to the Executive Leadership Team • Responsible for stewarding the financial/value profile of approved projects through their life cycle to support the delivery of the portfolio, with the goal of optimizing benefits, mitigating risks, and resolving issues impacting the overall portfolio health • Provide oversight to approved portfolio projects’ execution status and financial spend, ensuring they are executed on time, on budget, and within scope; flag risks with initiative owners and become a strategic partner in helping them mitigate risk • Support portfolio value realization by ensuring executed projects deliver results and meet KPIs in line with their approved business cases • Develop executive-level portfolio updates for senior leadership (VP+) by collaborating on clear, top-down communications (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, monthly reports, workstream meetings, status updates, etc.) • Supports the creation and updating of dashboards and reports of the enterprise portfolio and all associated KPIs. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree • At least one (1)+ years Portfolio management experience • At least two to three (2-3) years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, and finance related to portfolio and program management • At least three (3)+ years Health care industry experience • Strong verbal and written communications skills, and presentation skills • Strong facilitation skills, and the ability to engage, challenge, and influence thinking to effect change throughout the organization. • Strong analytic and intellectual abilities with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. • High degree of problem solving and decision-making quality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Other Skills • Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and processes for strategic planning and portfolio management • Customer oriented approach to working with direct reports, peers, customers and other stakeholders • Strong understanding of corporate finance and business case development • Ability to create frameworks from vague or complicated problems; help stakeholders see issues in a clear, constructed manner • Ability to connect the dots between siloed systems, spotting redundancies and dependencies where able Our Comprehensive Benefits Package Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more.
