Full Description

Position: Data Processor & Customer Service Representative, Charitable Funds Management Solutions Reporting Structure: Director, CFMS Term: October 2025 to February 2026 Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday up to 37.5 hours per week. Rate: $20 per hour Overview of the Role: Provide support on Maryland and New Jersey Charitable Campaign contracts. Perform timely pledge data entry and preliminary quality control of data. Provide data reconciliation support for Maryland and New Jersey contracts and proper escalation of cases. Resolve or escalate Help Desk tickets, assisting donors and campaign contacts throughout the fundraising process. Responsibilities: Pledge Data Processing (70%): • Enter donor pledge data into Access database and/or Excel in timely manner. • Process donor pledge data in automated ABBYY document scanning system. • Adjust and update pledge data as needed. • Report any issues and inconsistencies encountered to the Account Coordinator. • Assist with pledge uploads to reporting dashboard. Helpdesk (30%): • Serves as Tier I support for Help Desk cases for the Maryland Charity Campaign and New Jersey Campaign. • Support and troubleshoot donor questions on giving portal: login, account history, pledge process, charity search, etc. • Communicate with client coordinators to resolve questions and issues as needed. • Perform ad hoc reporting. • Perform triage, preliminary research, and proper escalation of Help Desk tickets as needed. Qualifications: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Previous experience, professionally or academically, using Microsoft tools (Excel, Access Database, Word). • Previous customer service experience in person and/or answering phone calls. • Ability to work in a high-volume and dynamic team-based environment. • Comfortable learning new systems.
