Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Team Lead Manager. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and with the highest quality. Responsibilities include supervising staff, creating schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining effective communication between team members and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications • Team management and leadership skills with experience in overseeing staff and project coordination • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and ensure customer satisfaction • Problem-solving and organizational abilities to handle scheduling, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines • Knowledge of window tinting, quality standards, or experience in a service-oriented industry is a plus • Proficiency in using remote communication tools and technologies to manage a distributed team • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred but not required • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment
