Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or a related field, along with an active Secret Clearance. A minimum of 6 years of experience in requirements documentation related to defense programs is required, including 3 years in requirements management information systems.

Responsibilities Implements of enterprise requirements information systems (e.g IBM DOORs) usage across shipbuilding programs. Executes the implementation of advanced software features such as the Change Proposal System (CPS). Manages processes and works with stakeholders to ensure standardized data entry. Manages requirements database configuration user access, and data baselines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Ocean Engineering or related field Active Secret Clearance U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance Minimum of 6 years’ experience administering and maintaining a requirements documentation related to a defense program with at least 3 years administering and maintaining requirements management information systems. IBM Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS) advanced level training/certification. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
