What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized and productive work environment. - You will manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure resources are available and cost-effective. - You will coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and leadership. - You will support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration. - You will handle correspondence, communications, and inquiries to facilitate effective internal and external interactions. - You will implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - You will collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and initiatives. - You will contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. - Experience with vendor management and office budgeting.
