Role Overview: As an Office Manager at ASTRO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will support our mission-driven team by managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, and fostering a positive workplace culture. What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized and productive work environment. - You will manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure resources are available and cost-effective. - You will coordinate schedules, meetings, and events to support staff and organizational needs. - You will handle correspondence, communications, and documentation with professionalism and confidentiality. - You will assist with budgeting and expense tracking to support financial oversight. - You will support onboarding and training for new employees to promote team integration. - You will implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - You will foster a welcoming and collaborative office culture that aligns with ASTRO’s mission. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Experience in budgeting and vendor management is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit organization. - Knowledge of radiation oncology or medical terminology. - Familiarity with event planning and coordination. - Certification in office management or related fields.
