What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized and productive work environment. - You will manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure resources are available and cost-effective. - You will coordinate schedules, meetings, and events to support team collaboration and organizational goals. - You will assist with onboarding new employees and provide ongoing administrative support to staff. - You will handle correspondence, communications, and documentation with professionalism and confidentiality. - You will implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. - You will collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects. - You will contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting teamwork and employee engagement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. - Experience with vendor management and office budgeting is preferred.
