Role Overview: As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing office activities, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment that aligns with our mission and values. What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization. - You will manage administrative staff, providing guidance and support to foster teamwork. - You will coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement to maintain resources. - You will handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and events. - You will assist in budget tracking and expense reporting to support financial oversight. - You will implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow. - You will serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication. - You will support special projects and events that promote organizational goals. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in office management or administrative leadership. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools. - You have experience with budget management and basic financial reporting. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit environment. - Knowledge of radiation oncology or medical terminology. - Familiarity with project management software. - Certification in office management or related fields.
