Full Description

Overview As the Chief Operating Officer at Creative Testing Solutions (CTS), you will take the lead in overseeing the operations to ensure efficient and effective performance in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the President/CEO and serving on the CTS Executive team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for CTS. Your responsibilities will include establishing objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, recruiting and evaluating personnel, driving quality assurance efforts, and spearheading strategic initiatives for enhanced performance and workflow optimization. You will play a key role in upholding laboratory standards and fostering a culture of excellence in testing services. Experience: 10+ years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment, including at least five years in upper-level leadership (required). Knowledge: Management principles including human resource management, budget administration, financial analysis and business administration (required).
