Job Summary: The Project Manager oversees the company’s compliance management software implementation, system maintenance, user support and process improvements. The role administers and optimizes the company's regulatory framework using Eticor [https://eticor.com/en/] digital compliance management software. They map internal organizational structures, update legal registers, assign clear duties, and ensure audit-proof compliance tracking of local, federal and international laws. Location: Auburn Hills, MI or Plymouth, MI Essential Functions: * Plan, guide, and oversee projects from start to finish. Set and manage clear timelines, assign tasks and track execution. * Perform a key role in the implementation and continued development of AR compliance management tools and processes. * Support a coordinated and controlled implementation of the company’s compliance management software. * System administration: manage compliance software platform configuration, security, user access and system updates. * Working with key stakeholders to mature the compliance management reporting process and promote clear responsibilities, mapping and maintaining organizational roles and functional delegations. * Provide support to all departments in documenting conformance to compliance related tasks. * Train internal teams on compliance duties and system usage. * Produce reports for Managers and other departments to monitor compliance against regulatory requirements. * Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline compliance reporting processes. * Undertake other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Minimum Qualifications: * Project Management Experience: Strong time and task management skills. * Software Competency: Experience with PM, governance, risk, and/or compliance tools. * Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of legal frameworks, industry standards, and internal corporate guidelines. * Analytical Skills: Ability to translate requirements into actionable workflows. * Communication Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills to act as liaison between departments and management. Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years related project management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 3+ years relevant experience. Background Prerequisites: Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain suitability requirements for access to classified information.
