JOB SUMMARY The Area Sales Director is a leadership position responsible for managing and driving sales performance within a specific geographical area. They lead a team, implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building customer relationships to achieve revenue targets. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Education: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in sales, healthcare or related field 2. Experience: 1. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in infusion or healthcare sales, and a minimum of three (3) years in sales management. 2. Experienced in team building. 3. Exceptional ability to effectively hire and train Account Executives and other sales staff. 4. Experience in meeting or exceeding sales and/or financial goals. 5. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment and growing company 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Strong understanding of and experience in financial and general business matters including but not limited to budgeting, sales business planning, strategic growth strategies, metrics development and analysis, and more. 8. General sales, leadership and financial acumen. 9. Comfortable and skilled at presenting. 3. Fulltime Employment: 1. 40hrs per week. Work week is Monday thru Friday 2. Schedule determined by supervisor. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop a high-performing sales team within your given region/territory. 2. Cultivate a strong and motivated company culture that is in-line with the AOM Mission and leadership’s vision. 3. Hire and train Account Executives, and any other sales staff, to become positive contributors to AOM. 4. Identify sales opportunities and develop marketing strategies. 5. Assist or take the lead in developing and launching new sales collateral, presentations and tools. 6. Monitor key indicators of sales team performance. 7. Ensure that AOM meets financial and other sales-related goals. 8. Work with AOM leadership to achieve company objectives.
