Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baldwin Park, CA, for a Brand Operations/Marketing Team Member. The role involves assisting with daily marketing operations, brand coordination, and supporting project management tasks, including quality control, logistics updates, and client communication. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and operational teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, streamline production workflows, and contribute to the company’s growth initiatives. Qualifications • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing strategies, with experience in brand management and content marketing. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage with clients and partners professionally. • Attention to detail, ensuring the quality of the production process, digital proofing, and adherence to branding standards. • Adequate knowledge of logistics management, fulfillment processes, and quality assurance procedures. • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and process improvement. • Experience in the custom apparel or B2B fulfillment industry is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
