Benefit Specialist Responsibilities: • Contact clients who have requested their benefits. • Set appointments with clients to review their benefits. • Conduct virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom. • Enroll clients in their benefits plans. • Complete a report card after each benefit overview is finished.
