Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator located in Noblesville, IN. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, ensuring product quality through measurements and adjustments, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. The role requires adherence to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment. This position will be working with the Hurco 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine. Qualifications • Strong expertise in CNC machine operation and general machine operation. • Experience with machining techniques and milling processes • Proficiency in conducting quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications • Familiarity with operating various types of machinery in a manufacturing environment • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Capability to manage time effectively and uphold safety regulations • Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial setting is preferred • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining is an advantage
