Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and coordinate our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of agents, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. The Real Estate Team Leader will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing property transactions, and fostering client relationships to achieve business growth. Responsibilities • Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract clients • Oversee property management activities, including listing, staging, and open houses • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, real estate laws, and ethical standards • Provide guidance on legal documentation, contracts, and transaction processes • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating communications • Conduct training sessions for team members on sales techniques, legal updates, and customer service excellence • Stay informed about market trends to advise clients accurately and position properties competitively Skills • Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals effectively • Strong marketing expertise to promote listings through various channels • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships • Deep understanding of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management principles • Effective communication skills for clear negotiations, team coordination, and client interactions • Solid organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and administrative duties efficiently • Prior experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is highly desirable • Ability to lead a team with confidence while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead a successful real estate team while making a significant impact in the community.
