Field Marketing Representative – Charlotte, NC Lead Generation | No Selling We’re expanding in Charlotte, and we're searching for outgoing, friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. Your job: connect with homeowners, spark conversations, and schedule appointments — no selling involved. You’ll Be Doing • Walking assigned Charlotte neighborhoods • Engaging residents in simple, friendly conversations • Introducing our remodeling services (roofing, siding, windows, etc.) • Collecting homeowner contact info and setting appointments You’ll Receive • $500 sign-on bonus after training • Additional bonuses for strong performance • Semi-monthly pay (5th & 20th) • Paid training during probation • Advancement paths to Sales, Tech, or Team Lead Schedule Mon–Fri: 1 PM–8 PM Sat: 9 AM–2 PM (1099 Contractor Position) If you enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, and earning great pay — we want you!
