As the Financial Analyst, you will lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities and oversee accounts payable (AP) processes, including sub-ledger management. Your responsibilities include supporting budgeting, financial modeling, trend analysis, and presenting both financial and student data. You will also manage AP sub-ledger maintenance and handle monthly close tasks such as preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations. As the Financial Analyst, you will lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities and oversee accounts payable (AP) processes, including sub-ledger management. Compensation ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high-quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Day to Day Responsibilities In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas: Leads and performs modeling and forecasting. Assist in the end-to-end college budget process. Proactively analyzes financial and student data trends to guide strategic decision making. Manages the AP sub-ledger maintenance and monthly close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations for applicable sub-ledger accounts. Responsible for processing the end-of-year 1099 forms for vendors. Manages the Concur expense reporting system, including the accuracy of users, receipts, and vendors. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting. Additional financial certifications and/or advanced degrees preferred. 2+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience. Mastery of Microsoft Excel. Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics accounting packages. Preferred experience with SAP Concur. Preferred experience with CampusVue student information system.
