The Analyst, IAM Services position provides solution and process support for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline is required, along with knowledge of IAM concepts and hands-on experience with IGA products. Familiarity with data analysis tools and understanding of regulatory requirements are also important.

This role is tasked with data collection and analysis to drive informed decisions around identity hygiene improvement and development and maintenance of access entitlements and roles. The ideal candidate possesses a data driven approach to IAM with a desire to automate. ***This is a remote position that can be home-based anywhere within the United States.*** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Data collection and analysis from various Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions Maintenance of metrics used to measure KPIs and KRIs of the IAM program Create and maintain internal and external documentation for IAM solutions and processes Respond to IAM related alerts in partnership with incident response team Participate in IAM related audits through gathering of data and report development Develop, implement, and initiate access reviews Collaborate with team members across organizational system to support implementation and observance of IAM controls and processes Support of current and future tooling utilized within the IAM program FORMAL KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication vs authorization, elevated or privileged access, federated access, SSO, and MFA. Knowledge of IGA concepts such as Identity Lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), RBAC, SOD, access reviews, and certifications. Hands-on experience supporting IGA products such as SailPoint, OMADA, ForgeRock is preferred. Supporting knowledge for IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Identity Providers (IdPs) including SSO and MFA is desired. Automation development experience using languages such as PowerShell, Python, Beanshell, or others desired Familiarity with data analysis utilizing solutions such as Excel or PowerBI. Understanding of various regulatory requirements and laws such as, but not limited to, Payment Card Industry (PCI), Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Additionally, experience in one or more of the following is desired: ISO 17799, ITIL or NIST. SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR KNOWLEDGE Security certifications desired SPECIAL MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Analytical with solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines Sitting for extended periods of time Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and offsite meetings as required (less than 10% of time) The starting rate is $63,000 to $75,000 annual. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
