To support the next phase of growth and innovation, we are seeking a senior-level talent leader to help shape the future of our arbitration and mediation rosters. Opportunity Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional arbitrators and mediators to the AAA-ICDR Panel. This role partners closely with senior executives, business development leaders, regional teams, and data analytics teams to anticipate market needs and ensure our rosters reflect the highest standards of expertise, neutrality, ethics, and diversity. You will also play a critical role in strengthening long-term panel engagement and retention, serving as both a strategic advisor and trusted relationship partner to leading professionals across the legal and ADR communities. Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 base salary with 20% annual incentive opportunity Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote Location: Based out of one of the following cities: New York, Boston, Miami, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, or Los Angeles Travel: ~20% Key Responsibilities • Design and execute a national recruitment strategy aligned with AAA-ICDR’s strategic priorities and projected caseload demand. • Lead the assessment and vetting of panel applicants, ensuring alignment with AAA-ICDR standards, ethics, subject-matter expertise, and quality benchmarks. • Build segmented talent pipelines for priority audiences, including retired and near-retirement judges, senior advocates, subject-matter experts in emerging practice areas, and full-time neutrals. • Cultivate partnerships with legal and professional organizations, academia, industry leaders, and strategic partners to expand and diversify the panel. • Collaborate with regional business development teams to design and promote events, webinars, and outreach campaigns. • Partner with Marketing to elevate AAA-ICDR’s panel brand and promote individual panelists. • Maintain deep knowledge of AAA-ICDR rules, qualification standards, and best practices; support continuous refinement to reflect market and technology trends. • Track and analyze key recruitment and panel performance KPIs; use data insights to guide strategy and continuous improvement. • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in Salesforce, ATS, PRISM, and related systems. • Support the design and delivery of standardized onboarding, orientation, and continuing education for panelists. • Contribute to engagement, recognition, and feedback programs that strengthen panel satisfaction and long-term affiliation. • Represent AAA-ICDR at industry conferences, forums, and speaking engagements focused on ADR and legal talent. Qualifications Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field required; JD or advanced degree strongly preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal, ADR, or professional services talent recruitment (or equivalent). Knowledge & Skills: • Strong understanding of arbitration, mediation, and ADR industry trends. • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and recruit senior professional talent. • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide strategy. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems. • Ability to travel domestically (~20%).
