We are looking for a Warehouse Lead Primary Objective: Shipping/Receiving product at the branch. Inventory control specialist. Report on stock levels and cycle counts. Warehouse housekeeping. Responsible for all cut/cap production in-house. Assist in Branch Operations Key Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining equipment and materials for cut and cap process. Assemble product and ensure finished goods meet AAF product standards Responsible for receiving product, ensuring accuracy of will call/deliveries, unloading, and loading trucks Responsible for proper rotation and maintenance of inventory Assist in daily operations with logistics and other team members Assist with product returns, restock/re-inventory, and disposal of product Assist in pulling orders for Service Techs and Delivery Drivers Stocking inventory Perform general warehouse organization Move inventory around the warehouse shipping facility Operate warehouse machinery to safety standards Follow quality service and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Obtain OSHA10 required training Directly support the Operations and Logistics Manager Strong knowledge of warehouse safety Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts Perform other duties as requested Requirements Forklift Driver Experience Strong math skills are needed to maintain inventory accuracy and perform accurate computer duties. Experience with Safety in a warehouse environment Can safely operate and maintain a table saw Operation of a variety of production tools and equipment Quality Assurance Computer literacy i.e. Scanning/Printing, Microsoft programs, Excel, Salesforce, SAP High School Diploma or GED Inventory control Customer Service skills Leadership skills Strong communication and organization skills Attention to detail in a business environment. Team focused, good coordination skills High level of organizational skills Adaptability Active Listening Strong work ethic Problem solving Must be able to read, speak, write and understand written and verbal instructions in English to include completion of daily paperwork and forms along with basic math skills.
