American AI & Automation (AAIA) is seeking a Chief Sales / Growth Officer (CSO / CGO) to build, lead, and scale the government relationships and sales pipeline of our Government Division — a high-stakes vertical focused on transforming federal, state, and local agencies with next-generation AI automation. This is not a hand-holding role. We’re not feeding you leads or waiting for RFPs to drop. We want someone who already knows the buyers — who can walk us into the room, make the pitch, and close the deal. What You’ll Do • Lead business development and sales for AAIA’s Government Division (federal + SLED) • Leverage your personal network of agency, integrator, and procurement contacts to open doors • Identify, pursue, and close AI, automation, and data-driven contracts • Develop capture strategies and proposals for high-value opportunities • Work directly with technical and executive teams to tailor solutions to client needs • Drive revenue growth through direct relationships, not just bid responses Must-Have • Proven history of selling technology or automation solutions to government (federal, state, or local) • Deep existing network — you can get us in the door now, not later • Strong understanding of the government procurement process (contracts, set-asides, vehicles) • Ability to close multi-agency and multi-year deals • Confident communicator with technical and executive audiences Compensation • Performance-based monthly pay (commission + potential retainer) • Equity opportunity in the Government Division for long-term growth • Unlimited upside — tied directly to contract wins and revenue Why AAIA • Fast-moving, well-funded company with proven delivery capability • Backed by technical teams that can deploy solutions in weeks, not months • Freedom to lead your division your way — no red tape • Real products, real results, real impact If you can bring business to the table, not wait for it, this is your seat.
