Full-time M-F, 40 hours per week. Pay Range $51.05 - $76.60 Major Responsibilities: • Serves as independent consultant and subject matter expert for HR and business leaders on issues related to talent management. • Designs, builds, and delivers enterprise performance management processes, ensuring consistent timely execution through collaboration with site human resources. • Advises on organizational talent selection testing practices to ensure use of legally defensible and valid methods that improve hiring decision accuracy and employee retention. • Facilitate & design tools to enable a robust talent review process that measures key skills and identifies high-potential talent and successors to key roles. • Leads a succession planning process for the enterprise for key roles to enable understanding of bench strength and recommend actions to mitigate risk. • Ensures team success through strong collaborative relationships among human resources and operational leaders to ensure that ongoing talent management practices support the changing needs of the business. • Analyzes data to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of organizational practices and processes. • Partners with HR stakeholders and business leaders to develop value-add talent solutions. • Serves as internal consultant and subject matter expert on issues related to talent management. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: • None Required. Education Required: • Bachelor’s Degree with 7yrs of experience; Master's Degree in Organizational Development or MBA or equivalent experience preferred Experience Required: • Typically requires 5 years of experience in field in supporting, facilitating and evaluating large scale human capital initiatives. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: • Knowledge of current best practices and research related to talent management tools and practices. • Working knowledge of analytics and data reporting techniques necessary for organizational research studies of human resources practices such as impact analysis and measuring success • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong written communication skills including the ability to write formal organizational communications. • Strong oral communication and presentation skills. • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills. • Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often ambiguous environment. • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
