Department: 36353 Lexington Medical Center - Radiology Clinic Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Four weekdays with rotating hours and days off. Pay Range $18.50 - $27.75 Essential Functions Prints reconciliation list and/or encounter sheets used to identify records that will need scanning. Retrieves medical records identified from reconciliation list generated by computerized work queue. Prepares all medical records for scanning with at least 95% accuracy. Prints encounter page and label for non-bar-coded records appropriately. Physical Requirements Works in a fast paced office environment with minimum noise level. Moderate physical exertion. Usually requires handling moderate weight materials; or includes standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing; or requires repetitive and sustained exercise of fine motor skills; or requires remaining in a constant position; or requires close visual effort of a straining nature; in excess of 50% of the time Education, Experience and Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of window based functions required. Experience in document imaging, prepping or scanning preferred. Experience in use of numeric keypad preferred.
