Full Description

Job Description: • Lead the design and execution of strategic operational programs • Define workplans, achievements, governance structures, and success measures • Build and maintain program artifacts that are clear and usable by others • Prepare executive-ready materials for senior audiences • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners • Document current-state processes and diagnose gaps and inefficiencies • Design and implement improved workflows, approval processes, and operating cadences Requirements: • 6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations in a large, matrixed organization • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently • Strong fundamentals in program and project management • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels • Sound judgment, high ownership, and the ability to make progress when not everything is defined.
