Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties including being the initial contact for patients, supporting family engagement programs, and assisting school staff.
High school diploma or GED, bilingual Spanish/English, ability to develop family involvement strategies, support school activities, and perform parent communication tasks.
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for qualified Administrative Assistants to be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties to help improve efficiencies at an organization. The Administrative Assistants will be the initial contact person for patients when they enter the medical office. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • Bilingual Spanish/English • help the school develop a family-friendly school climate. • Develop programs and activities designed to engage families in improving student achievement. • Help teachers and other staff members develop strong partnerships with families and enhance communication between parents and families and the school staff. • Develop and implement effective family involvement strategies and activities to empower students and their families. • Take part in opportunities for professional development. • Participate in and support school and district activities and programs for families. • Help to recruit community partners to become part of the school and district’s family involvement program. • telephone calls to parents as deemed necessary by building administrator. • Perform other parent involvement activities as assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
