Ameresco has a new hybrid opportunity based within a commutable distance from Anchorage, Alaska for an Administrative Project Manager. This individual will join our Federal Construction team in support of projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits for institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites. Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative management of construction projects delivering energy savings for public, institutional, industrial, government, and commercial customers. Coordinate with Engineering and Construction Team to establish and manage document control system for each assigned project. Provide ongoing support to Construction Team members for all badging and site access requirements. Provide ongoing support to all Construction Team members by facilitating the set-up of all Construction Project Sites. Provide ongoing project status updates with all parties throughout construction. Provide project reports, documentation, technical assistance, support, and collaboration. Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes. Foster positive and effective business relationships at all levels and project phases. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum of four (4) years electrical, mechanical, engineering, or industrial power construction project management work experience focusing on complex facility infrastructure construction, renovations, retrofits, upgrades, building controls and automation, and energy services. Additional Qualifications: Exposure to large scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits involving institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites. Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project, AutoCAD. Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills required. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.
