Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the QHSE Compliance Department. This role is primarily supportive and involves helping with documentation, coordination, and routine tasks to ensure smooth quality and safety operations, including support for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with filing, maintaining, and organizing QHSE and quality documentation. • Support scheduling and coordination of audits, inspections, and meetings. • Coordinate and support internal and external quality and safety audits • Help collect and compile data for quality, safety, and compliance reporting. • Assist in documenting incidents, non-conformances, and follow-up actions. Assist in investigations of incidents, non-conformances, and near misses, implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Provide administrative support to QHSE staff for day-to-day activities. • Collaborate with other departments to help implement quality and safety initiatives. • Support staff in basic compliance tasks under guidance from QHSE personnel. Qualifications & Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; some experience in administrative support or office work preferred. • Basic understanding of quality, safety, or compliance concepts is a plus, but not required. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
