Location: Remote Home Office, USA, or AMBOSS New York City office The Account Executive at AMBOSS plays a crucial role in fostering partnerships with medical schools throughout the United States. Through strategic engagement and communication, this position focuses on building relationships that lead to sales agreements with medical institutions. I love what I do, and a big part is because of AMBOSS.” You will enjoy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target medical schools across the United States. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including deans, faculty members, and administrative staff at medical institutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to tailor sales strategies and materials to meet the needs of medical schools. And lead presentations and demonstrations of AMBOSS. Track and analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement; provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends. Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge in the medical education industry. Serve as a brand ambassador for AMBOSS, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times. Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay updated on trends in medical education. You will bring: 2–5 years of owning a full sales cycle experience, primarily focused on outbound or consultative sales. Strong motivation to grow your career in a mission-driven company. Clear, confident communication skills — you're able to connect with people and explain things simply. A sincere interest in healthcare, education, or technology. Self-starter mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you make things happen. Experience using CRM systems (like HubSpot) and Google Suite. Great if you have: Previous experience selling to healthcare organizations or academic institutions. Familiarity with medical education or clinical decision-support tools Travel: Approximately 20% to the U.S.-based conferences and global AMBOSS offices, plus additional travel at your discretion to support B2B success. The salary package for this position is an On-Target Earnings (base salary + commission) of $100,000 - $180,000, depending on different factors such as experience, skills and impact.
