The Role As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you’ll own the success of Ambition’s largest and most strategic customers. You are the face of Ambition for executives, managers, and champions across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth revenue organizations. This role blends consulting, project management, and advocacy: you’ll guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion while serving as their trusted advisor. Success means accelerating time-to-value, strengthening customer health, and driving retention and growth. What Success Looks Like To thrive in this role, you’ll bring executive presence, strategic problem-solving, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes: • Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with executives and champions. • Lead enterprise-level onboarding and adoption initiatives that deliver measurable value. • Identify opportunities to expand Ambition’s footprint by uncovering new use cases. • Act as the voice of the customer internally — advocating for needs, risks, and product feedback. • Drive renewal and expansion outcomes by keeping accounts healthy, engaged, and informed. Responsibilities Overview • Consultant & Coach: Strategically guide customers to maximize adoption of Ambition, aligning the platform to their sales and performance goals. • Project Manager: Lead onboarding, expansion projects, and escalations with clarity and accountability, coordinating across stakeholders at Ambition and within the customer org. • Customer Advocate: Serve as the primary voice of the customer across Ambition’s product, support, and leadership teams. • Metrics Owner: Own and improve customer health, time-to-value, retention, and account awareness KPIs. • Trusted Partner: Develop strong, consultative relationships with champions and executives that drive influence and long-term advocacy. Qualifications • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on enterprise accounts. Will also consider applicants with other applicable experience. • Demonstrated success driving customer adoption, health, and retention at scale. • Strong project management and consultative skills. • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales automation/enablement tools. • Knowledge of sales processes (pipeline, forecasting, enablement) is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence executive stakeholders. This role offers a base salary range of $90,000 – $100,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $112,500 – $125,000 when performance targets are met.
