We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team part-time, taking charge of client satisfaction and supporting lead generation with an emphasis on cold calling. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for growing relationships. Position: Client Support Specialist (Part-Time) Location: Remote Reports To: Business Manager Key Responsibilities: Billing Support: • Manage invoicing, follow up on client payments, and maintain accurate billing records. • Address client inquiries related to billing and payment details. Lead Generation & Marketing: • Cold call prospects and follow up with potential clients who’ve shown interest in our services. • Conduct email marketing campaigns, sending newsletters, promotions, and updates to nurture leads. • Post and engage with social media content on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to boost visibility. • Track, manage, and report leads in our CRM to monitor conversion rates and effectiveness. • Assist with content calendar management for blogs, YouTube videos, and social media posts. • Conduct research on market trends and demographics to identify and source new leads. • Prepare proposals and quotes to support client acquisition. Client Support Management: • Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to assess satisfaction and gather valuable feedback. • Suggest additional services to clients based on their evolving needs. • Follow up on completed projects to ensure satisfaction and explore further opportunities. • Collect client testimonials and feedback to enhance service offerings and support marketing efforts. • Proactively remind clients of contract renewals and assist with re-engagement processes. Additional Responsibilities: • Facilitate client onboarding by setting up initial meetings and gathering necessary documentation. • Assist in the coordination of referral programs to drive and track client referrals. • Support online or in-person events by organizing materials and sending invitations. • Manage online reviews and respond to feedback on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Provide analytics on email campaigns, social media engagement, and client check-ins to shape ongoing strategies. Qualifications: • Experience in cold calling, customer service, or client relations preferred. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media management is a plus. • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in client success.
