About the position Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable supply chain strategies and operating models for device service programs across hundreds of locations • Create and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from concept through design, testing, implementation, and scaling • Develop innovative solutions to complex device service challenges while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency • Lead significant cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the retrofit supply chain network • Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology implementation • Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers • Create and maintain performance metrics and analytics to drive data-based decisions • Identify and mitigate long-term risks before they become roadblocks Requirements • 5+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership • Bachelor's degree Nice-to-haves • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Benefits • Equity and sign-on payments may be provided as part of a total compensation package • Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
