DESCRIPTION We are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our Seller Partner Services organization. This role will play a key part in identifying seller pain points and collaborating with various teams to implement solutions that enhance the seller experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with experience in managing cross-functional projects and a passion for continuous improvement. Key job responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration • Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product Managers, Program Managers, and SXO leaders to identify, quantify, and prioritize seller pain points—translating data insights and feedback into actionable roadmaps Project Management • Own end-to-end execution of seller experience initiatives, orchestrating collaboration across multiple Seller Partner Services teams to deliver measurable improvements in satisfaction and efficiency Planning & Metrics • Design comprehensive project frameworks with milestone-driven timelines, KPI dashboards, and success metrics that track progress and demonstrate ROI Strategic Prioritization • Create and implement new mechanisms, processes, and metrics to ensure organizational focus on the highest-impact initiatives that drive meaningful seller experience improvements Product Influence • Partner with Product Managers, Tech, and Science teams to channel feedback from tool users and influence the strategic direction of the product—ensuring user needs are represented in development decisions and roadmap prioritization Seller Feedback Loop • Close the loop with sellers by partnering cross-functionally with Product, Program, Communications, and Legal teams to proactively inform sellers when their feedback has driven change—reinforcing trust and demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement Process Improvement • Architect scalable process solutions by maximizing existing system capabilities while championing innovative approaches that address gaps and establish best practices About the team The Selling Partner Communities (SPC) organization builds lasting connections with, and helps drive the success of our Selling Partners. We achieve this by: (1) Providing effective channels for multi-directional engagement with Amazon, (2) Fostering an active and helpful community and information exchange among Selling Partners; (3) Understanding Selling Partners’ perceptions of, and being internal advocates to improve, their experience selling on Amazon; (4) Ensuring that public perception mirrors the reality that Amazon’s stores are a great place for Selling Partners to build and maintain a thriving business; and (5) Accelerating and strengthening third-party advocacy and partnerships that benefit Selling Partners. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • 7+ years of program or project management experience • 7+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience • 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience • Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
