DESCRIPTION Transform the future of last mile delivery by developing innovative solutions that optimize vehicle lifecycle management and reduce operational costs. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage advanced data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to create scalable mechanisms that enhance fleet performance and support our delivery partners' success. Key job responsibilities • Develop sophisticated optimization and risk models using large-scale datasets to inform vehicle lifecycle decisions • Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to identify performance trends and emerging patterns • Design comprehensive cost policy governance mechanisms to ensure strategic and compliant spending • Collaborate across multiple teams to transform insights into scalable operational improvements • Create compelling data narratives and dashboards to communicate complex findings to senior leadership A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of data exploration, strategic problem-solving, and collaborative innovation. You'll dive into complex datasets, uncover insights that drive meaningful improvements, and translate technical findings into clear, actionable strategies that impact our entire delivery network. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience with end to end product delivery • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience as a product manager or owner • Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders • Master's degree or equivalent Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
