The Principal PMT in this role will lead the product strategy and execution for pioneering agentic experiences in our Selling Partner portals (Seller Central, Vendor Central). The leader will invent new agentic experiences that enable our Selling Partners to seamless use Sponsored Ads for growth throughout their selling lifecycle with Amazon. Through conversational interfaces and deep reasoning, these experiences will help our Selling Partners discover growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and execute sophisticated strategies on their behalf. The leader will drive this transformation from vision to reality, directly shaping the intersection of generative AI and advertising at unprecedented scale. Key job responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product strategy for building pioneering agentic experiences within Seller Central and Vendor Central Translate the product vision into a clear, phased roadmap by partnering deeply with Applied Science, Engineering, and Design teams to ship iteratively while building toward a transformative long-term experience. Operate as the connective tissue across Ads, Selling Partner and AGI/AI teams by aligning competing priorities, securing shared resources, and building executive conviction for sustained investment. About the team The Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through the latest generative AI technologies, revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands across Amazon.com and beyond. We are at the forefront of re-inventing advertising experiences, bridging human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the advertising lifecycle from ad creation and optimization to performance analysis and customer insights. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product • Experience technical product management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement • AdTech experience highly preferred Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
