5+ years managing large projects, bachelor's degree, and technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
About the position Responsibilities • Work across multiple Amazon business organizations, in addition to vendors and third party contractors. • Influence and drive critical path tasks with partners to maintain launch timelines. • Represent RME ELM on-site, coordinating training and onsite launch execution during the launch. • Report back to internal and Customer stakeholders through established reporting structures. • Communicate regularly with customer and RME leadership teams on status, risks, and change control. Requirements • 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience. • Bachelor's degree. • Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment. Nice-to-haves • Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field. • Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools.
