About the position Responsibilities • Building and scaling quality management systems across international boundaries • Managing ICQA programs, including cycle counting, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation • Developing exception management workflows for both inbound and outbound processes • Creating and tracking DEA (Damage, Error, Accuracy) metrics that drive operational excellence • Implementing root cause analysis methodologies that account for cultural and operational differences • Establishing quality control mechanisms that can be effectively executed by 3PL partners • Creating feedback loops that drive continuous improvement despite geographical and cultural barriers Requirements • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field • 3+ years of program or project management experience • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Nice-to-haves • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage • Maternity and Parental Leave Options • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) Plan
