Description Key job responsibilities • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars • Management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive's tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance. • Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders • Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic) • Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, supply ordering) • Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout AWS/S3 to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies About The Team The AWS OpenSearch team is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. The Executive Assistant will act as an extension of the leaders, and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the AWS Storage and Analytics team and across the rest of the company. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
