Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Amazon. Role Overview Relay Yard Automation (RYA) is seeking an experienced L6 Program Manager to lead critical transportation operations and automation initiatives across our global network. This role will drive the execution of multiple high-impact programs spanning yard automation, operational technology deployments across AMZL, AIR, TOM, and international operations. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Execution • Lead end-to-end program management for 8+ concurrent strategic initiatives including Relay Yard Automation (RYA), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), RFID Seals deployment, Driver Identity, Agent Studio, Relay Gate Agent (RGA), and Autonomous Yard Hostler (AYH) • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, delivery timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning 6+ organizations including RYA, TCP, ACES, MMPM, WHS, S&C, TOM, and ADM • Drive alignment between stakeholders with competing priorities and facilitate decision-making at senior leadership levels Stakeholder Management & Communication • Partner with business lines (AMZL, AIR, SSD) and regional teams (EU, JP, IN, NA) to drive program adoption and execution • Develop and execute comprehensive communication and adoption strategies for technology rollouts • Manage EU stakeholders across multiple countries for solution expansion initiatives Operational Excellence & Launch Support • Lead pilot site selection, alignment, and launch support activities with site TOM teams • Coordinate vendor relationships and manage external partner deliverables • Drive SOP documentation, training development, and rollout execution for ROC and field operations • Establish success metrics, track pilot performance, and provide scale viability recommendations Support Tech teams • Triage and close-loop on technical bugs with engineering teams • Manage PMO approvals and compliance requirements across programs • Track deployment milestones, identify blockers, and drive resolution • Support workflow adoption, error-handling processes, and continuous improvement initiatives Risk & Dependency Management • Identify and manage program dependencies across technology, operations, and business teams • Proactively surface risks and develop mitigation strategies • Build contingency plans and drive issue resolution with appropriate urgency • Ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and delivery commitments Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field • 10+ years of program/project management experience in technology or operations • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities • Experience with transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred • Strong technical acumen with ability to understand and communicate technical concepts • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across all organizational levels Preferred Qualifications • MBA or Master's degree • PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification • Experience with automation technologies and IoT deployments Additional Details: • Location: Bellevue WA (onsite) • Duration: 6 months • Pay Range*: $67 - $72 per hour • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours • Job Status: Non-Exempt • Application Deadline: 2/19/2026 This role is eligible for the following benefits: • Medical, dental & vision • Hospital plans • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Company paid Basic Life and AD&D as well as voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Company paid short and long-term disability • Health & Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA) • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave(PTO, Allegis Group Paid Family Leave, Parental Leave Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
