About the position We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Technical Program Manager at TSI Science, to lead the development and implementation of advanced GenAI solutions that will transform how we automate investigation process, prevent bad actors from operating in our store and enable Selling Partners to start and grow their business without fear of disruption, so that customers and Selling Partners across the globe trust us and have confidence in the integrity of Amazon’s store. We are looking for a Senior TPM, who will design, manage and deliver large cross team projects in a dynamic high growth space. You will work closely with product, science, and engineering teams to deliver on critical programs that help customers discover and engage with content. The right candidate will have both a strong technical background, and either technical management or program management background. You must be able to manage the tactical tasks of delivering products while simultaneously define and drive strategic product planning for forward looking initiatives. You must have a diverse set of unblocking tools and mechanisms, resulting in an ability to cultivate relationships and earn trust with teams both inside and outside of your overall organization.
