As the Sr. Technical Program Manager in Workforce Solutions, you will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on planning, forecasting, and development optimization across Amazon. You will collaborate on and execute multi-year roadmaps impacting technology-enabled recruitment processes for Amazon. Key job responsibilities As a successful candidate for the role, you will - • Work with engineering, product management, operations, legal, etc. to deliver the PXT tech solutions globally • Manage complex cross team programs from ideation to delivery • Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management • Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing tradeoffs, and eliminating blockers • Participate in architectural decisions, surfacing and mitigating technical risks, driving complex integrations with internal and 3rd party solutions, retiring technical debt, and identifying opportunity to create operational efficiencies • Set and embody the team culture and standards consistent with Amazon’s leadership principals • Drive alignment with leadership in recruiting and partner tech teams • Have an understanding of customer needs and use that knowledge to advocate for, and drive delivery of, improvements that drive on time product delivery • Have a complete understanding (inclusive of the strategic context) of internal and external variables that impact your business. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
