The Global Store team under Amazon Cross-border (XB) Program enables customers around the world to shop on 15 Amazon marketplaces and get their products delivered to them anywhere. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager to develop and execute growth strategies to bring most relevant selection with best prices to our international customers. The Amazon Global Store Senior Program Manager will work with Product, Tech, Supply Chain, and our sister program teams to identify the best sourcing strategies to deliver best price and delivery experience for customers. They will also work with destination teams, Amazon Retail, and selling partners to identify growth opportunities and mitigate challenges from the rapidly changing global trade environment. As you are the key Point of Contact across multiple stakeholder teams for Global Store, over indexing on Earns Trust, Dive Deep, Bias for Action and Ownership are important for success in this role. Additionally, you will need to flex your influencing and team building skills for this position. This person must be customer obsessed and have strong self-motivation and project management skills. This position will be key part of the Global Store expansion strategy and have global responsibility. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
