Prime Video is seeking a talented, driven Sr. Program Manager - Digital Supply Chain who can architect operational excellence at scale. Our ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital supply chain management, metadata quality, and cross-functional program leadership, with a proven track record of driving complex initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of Linear Quality operations and strategic products to enhance and enrich the customer experience for linear, working independently with limited guidance in ambiguous environments - Architect and implement comprehensive operational frameworks including SLAs, SOPs, and proactive monitoring systems that enhance quality control processes and optimize feature functionality - Lead cross-functional alignment across 11+ teams, analyzing complex operational data to develop strategy and manage comprehensive forecasting with Finance, Product, Tech, and Business stakeholders - Build strategic relationships with product, BI, and engineering teams to influence technical roadmaps, establish process requirements, and drive prioritization across multiple teams - Design and implement quality monitoring systems for metadata attributes, creating proactive capabilities that enable early intervention and issue resolution before customer impact - Drive cost optimization initiatives and capacity planning, identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and scale optimization to meet growing business demands - Create reporting and dashboards for key metrics, communicating results to Directors and VPs through effective narratives and presentations - Mentor both individual contributors and Program Managers, providing actionable feedback and training in operational excellence and leadership competencies A day in the life As a Sr. Program Manager, you'll analyze metadata quality metrics across our global linear catalog, identifying trends before they impact customers. You might influence engineering roadmaps in strategic planning sessions, present operational reviews to Directors and VPs showcasing measurable improvements, or collaborate with Finance on capacity forecasting. Throughout the day, you'll leverage your deep understanding of linear streaming technologies to solve complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and drive operational excellence—whether designing quality frameworks, coordinating multi-team migrations affecting thousands of stations, or mentoring team members on effective stakeholder management. About the team The Linear Operations team manages end-to-end channel lifecycle operations, from station onboarding through steady-state monitoring and optimization. We work at the intersection of operations, technology, and business strategy, partnering with engineering, product, content acquisition, and external providers to deliver seamless 24/7 streaming experiences across global marketplaces. Our work spans metadata quality management, schedule accuracy, tooling optimization, and process innovation - all focused on scaling our operations while maintaining exceptional quality standards as the guardians of the Linear customer experience. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience - Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with variety of digital media workflows - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions - Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience with end-to-end project management - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas with technical employees Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience in business process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma - Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep - Experience with linear streaming, broadcast operations, video content supply chain, metadata standards, or content management systems Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market.
