Amazon's Quantitative Business Intelligence (QuBIT) organization is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager- Technical to own the strategic vision of the QuBIT Data Lakehouse (QLH). QLH connects fulfillment leadership directly to the data they need to manage their business, making operational metrics and KPIs accessible, understandable, and trustworthy. The Senior Product Manager- Technical will own the strategic product vision, aiming to transform metric management within Amazon's operations. Key job responsibilities - Work directly with internal customers to capture business needs and translate to product requirements. Balance requirements with technical constraints to determine feature prioritization and development. - Define key performance indicators and build automated tracking mechanisms to understand platform impact. - Evaluate launch, expansion, integration, or deprecation strategies. About the team QuBIT (Quantitative Business Intelligence Tools) designs and develops software solutions for Global Customer Fulfillment. Our mission is to deliver technical solutions which unify sources of truth, fill gaps visibility, and reduce operational complexity. We invest in incremental solutions, while iterating towards long-term objectives for our customers. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience with AI/ML technologies Preferred Qualifications: - Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time - Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams - Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
