Full Description

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. This role will be responsible for managing campaign development and execution that drives customer awareness, consideration and acquisition for Amazon Leo's satellite-based internet service across varied cultural contexts and market segment maturity levels. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will develop campaign strategies, write campaign briefs, manage creative development, coordinate with agencies and partners, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards across Leo locales. You will work cross-functionally with brand and performance marketing, media, creative, product, business teams and marketing intelligence to bring campaigns to life and deliver measurable results. This role reports to the Head of Brand Marketing and provides the operational backbone for executing brand strategies across multiple regions and verticals (B2C and B2B). Key job responsibilities • Write Integrated Communications Briefs (ICB) for individual campaigns, including creative and media briefs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and measurable across Leo marketplaces. • Steer creative strategy and oversee the creative development of campaigns, partnering with internal and external creative teams throughout the campaign lifecycle. • Coordinate campaigns across multiple locales, managing localization requirements and ensuring brand consistency while adapting to local market needs. • Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to monitor brand health metrics and business impact, and regularly report on performance up to Director level, adjusting strategically and tactically as needed. • Leverage internal Amazon marketing channels, as well as external marketing channels, to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness. Partner with Media Managers on media planning and execution, ensuring campaigns are optimized across channels. • Manage stakeholder relationships and approvals processes, ensuring business teams, legal, PR, and senior management alignment. Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; consistently communicate updates on progress, delays, or budget implications to stakeholders. • Manage budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI), tracking spends and optimizing allocation across locales and channels. • Develop mechanisms for scalability across multiple marketplaces, creating repeatable processes and frameworks that can be adapted for different locales. • Ensure clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns. A day in the life You'll start your day reviewing campaign performance dashboards across marketplaces in the Americas, identifying optimization opportunities, and preparing updates for Director-level stakeholders. You'll spend time coordinating with Marketing Intelligence teams to analyze brand health metrics and translate insights into tactical campaign adjustments. Throughout the week, you'll lead campaign strategy sessions with cross-functional teams spanning local, regional, and global stakeholders. You'll work closely with external agencies on creative development, provide feedback on campaign concepts, and ensure deliverables meet Amazon Leo's standards. You'll manage campaign timelines across multiple Leo locales in the Americas, coordinating with localization teams to adapt assets while maintaining brand consistency. You'll also dedicate time to budget management—tracking spends and making allocation decisions across geographies and channels. You'll leverage both internal Amazon marketing channels to maximize campaign effectiveness. You'll run status meetings, troubleshoot issues, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, consistent communication about strategy, tactics, goals, and performance. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, developing scalable mechanisms that can be replicated across marketplaces while ensuring every campaign detail is executed flawlessly. You'll work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to bring strategic vision to life through tactical excellence, ensuring Amazon Leo's campaigns drive measurable awareness, consideration, and demand across diverse geographies.
