As a Senior Program Manager within the AWS Startup team, you will be responsible for managing complex, strategic programs that support our Investor Management initiatives. You'll work across organizations to define and implement mechanisms that drive startup success through various stages of growth. Responsibilities • Define and establish program management best practices for global Startup initiatives • Own and develop strategic program frameworks for investor engagement and GTM programs • Create and implement comprehensive measurement systems to track and improve program effectiveness • Drive cross-organizational alignment and execution of strategic initiatives • Own quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes • Develop scalable mechanisms for program excellence and knowledge sharing • Lead operational improvements across multiple teams and organizations • Design and manage complex programs for: Strategic investor engagement (VC, Seed, Accelerator partnerships) Global GTM acceleration initiatives (Partner co-sell, marketplace programs) Technical innovation programs (founder enablement, architecture reviews) Requirements • 6+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership • Bachelor's degree • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives Nice-to-haves • Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives • Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences • Deep experience in cloud computing or enterprise technology • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and venture capital landscape • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities • Experience managing programs across global organizations Benefits • Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). • Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
